Invitation email failed to be delivered.

HI,

I'm trying to add this email to my team but it won't deliever the inviatiaton email. Can you please help? I got this message:

 

Invitation email to [email address] failed to be delivered.

@BérangèreL  Thansk for your reply. It is still not working, i've tried everything. I used that email to send and receive emails from other places all good - only not working at hubspot. I think might be an issue on your end bouncing this email.

When looking internally, I do see a bounce for this email address, however it is on another account.

Could you please confirm to me via private message, which hub ID this user is on?

Hi @HTsai ,

I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot Support to see if they can provide additional details on why the invitation email failed to be delivered. On your end, I'd double-check to make sure internally that the email address exists and that regular emails sent to that address are being sent through properly!

This post here could be helpful in making sure all your bases are covered before reaching out to Hub...
