My inbox was suddenly disconnected (been using HS for years). First I tried to reconnect and the "Connect" button was greyed out. So I tried removing and starting over. Still, the "Connect" button is greyed out. I have used an incognito browser and also cleared my cache. I have tried going into advanced settings and changing IMAP and SMTP settings. Nothing is working. No matter what I do I cannot even try to connect because the "Connect" button remains greyed out. When I hover over it, I get a circle with a slash through it.
Hello @Upstart, are you receiving any specific errors on your end? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps. These troubleshooting steps herecan help too.
No the problem has not been solved and now it appears to be happening to the entire team. I have tried restarting, clearing cache, using an incognito browser, even going to advanced settings and changing my SMTP and IMAP settings. Nothing helps. The "Connect Inbox" button is greyed out and hovering over it only gives a circle with a slash through it.

Thank you for responding. There is no error. I simply cannot even get to the spot to get an error. Here are two videos that should explain what I'm encountering:
HubSpot blames our email host. The email host blames Hubspot. However what has worked for us is to get to the screen where we need to enter our imap and smtp and then if we simply click our cursor into the username field and then click it into the password field, suddenly the "connect button" at the bottom lights up and it allows us to connect. Hope this helps because I know how incredibly frustrating this is, especially when there is no apparent tech support solution.
