thank you for your reply. Sadly the issue is present since the beginning (the user was created) and we were not able to resolve it yet. The User gets no errors, insted just no "viewing indicators" are displayed. Are there any settings we could check?
Does the user receive any error on their end? I would ensure they have their browser update and users report chrome being the best to navigate Hubspot. Also was this recently changed, before the user was able to see it? Were any permissions changed recently? Thank you!
