IMAP Connection stopped working and the account is disconnected.

SOLVE

Hi All, 🖐🏾
I have been using Hubspot for years now without any such problems as now.
The thing Is that my IMAP e-mail connection stopped working and the account is disconnected. When trying to reconnect I get an error telling me that Hubspot has a problem connecting to my account see below.

I'm running the latest Chrome browser emptied the cash and also tried the incognito mode with the same result. Even tried another device to no avail. 
All my other devices have no such problem accessing the same account. only Hubspot all of a sudden. 
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

1. Set up IMAP or Exchange settings

 

2. Find your email server's IMAP and SMTP information
