I cannot reset user account

HI,

I'm trying to reset an user's account password but the reset link keeps getting sent to the user's phone which is no longer active.   Where and how do I update the phone number of an user?  I can't find it at all in hubspot.

To navigate to account preferences & settings, log into the user account you wish to update, click the user profile picture in the top right corner, then click Profile & Preferences. This will take you to the General section of account settings. You can find the phone number there. Here's an article with detailed instructions.
