I Just Created my Account, but I have no Permissions

解決

Hey, I'm very new to Hubspot. I'm a Super Admin, but I can't edit my permissions or add other users. I reached out to support, and they told me to post my question here. Currently, I'm the only user.

@AVL_Jace you wouldn't be able to edit your own permissions because you are the only user and have access to everything as a super admin.

 

However, you should be able to add additional users - per the product catalog, "HubSpot’s free tools are available as a single free edition (with up to five free users)"

 

Can you take a screenshot of how you're trying to add additional users and what message you get that is preventing you from doing so? is it an error? or not an option?
