Hubspot is not recognising an unsual, but valid, gmail address

I am a trustee of a local youth charity and we have been given a free email address from google with a name@youthprojectname@gmail.com format. I want to use HubSpot as our CRM but Hubspot does not recognise this as a valid email.

What do I do?

Hi @JThwaites,

Are the two @ signs a typo or not? A valid email address can only contain one @ sign, I'm not aware of Gmail issuing email addresses with two @s. That's also why HubSpot wouldn't accept this email address.

Are you sure this is the correct email address?
