HubSpot Calling Sounds

Is there a way to turn off the little melody that you hear in HubSpot calling? It plays when you initiate and end a call.

Hello @RebeccaShultz, thank you for reaching out.

Are you referring to the navigation sound?

To access your notifications, go to Profile and Preferences and then Notifications in the left column. Uncheck the box Play a sound when you receive a new pop-up notification under Profile & Preferences>> Notification >> Desktop >> Sound and Appearance.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, that does not help. I just tested it.

The sound does not happen on a pop-up.

It is four notes (musically speaking) that happen specifically as you dial out in HubSpot calling and two notes that you hear after you end that call.
