I created static and active lists on HubSpot to segment our contacts by the event they were sourced from and other defining characteristics.
Nobody with regular access on my team can see the lists, they can't see Lists as the last drop down option when they're not a super admin on HubSpot. It's not realistic for everybody to have super admin access. How can I troubleshoot this?
When you edit the permissions of a user, use the search field to look for "Lists". It's a separate toggle under marketing permissions, super admin access is not required 🙂
@CLim-ABB if a user is a super admin, you first need to remove the super admin status. In the user list, hover over the user, wait for the button to appear and use the menu to remove the super admin status.

I removed SuperAdmin access to a user, and when I hover over their account then click Actions, these are the options that appear in the Drop DownWhen I click on the Actions drop down, after hovering over the User who doesn't have SuperAdmin Access
I made sure that they had access to dynamic or static lists, and they still cannot see it when they go into HubSpot
This is their view within HubSpot, they cannot go from Contacts > Lists
