How to give permissions to external users

SOLVE

Hi @HectorCLIVO

The steps outlined below are summed up in this video.

To allow other users to access your HubSpot portal, you will need to invite them.

To do this:

1. Click on the Settings gear on the top right of the main navigation.

2. In the left-side menu select Users & Teams

3. Select Create User at the top right side of your screen.

4. Enter the new user's email address and define their permissions. (Check out HubSpot's help guide on user permissions)

5. Click Next to send their email invitation.

Great question @HectorCLIVO

With HubSpot free, you are permitted to create 1 HubSpot team.

To remove or adjust permissions for specific contacts, hover over the right side of their name and select Edit from the drop-down Actions menu.

Yes, creating a list of contacts for certain permissions would be best. When uploading a list of multiple contacts, HubSpot gives all users a basic level of access. Adjust for each contact list as you see fit.
