What to do when an invitation email for a teammember bounces?

Hey @LChu9 

 

If a team member’s invite email bounces in HubSpot:

  1. Ask them to check their spam/junk folder.
  2. Confirm the email address is correct and active.
  3. Alternatively, you can send the invitation again to join HubSpot.
