How to download a list of internal users

Hello everyone

I need to send an email to all heavy HubSpot users at my company. I was looking for a way to export them from the users and teams section in settings, but there is no obvious export button.

Does anyone know how I can easily export a list of internal HubSpot users?

Plus, to help me identify heavy users, I was hoping I could export users who have only been active over the last year, or maybe their permission level. Does anyone know how I can filter on these, or make this part of my export?

Hi @HRichthe2nd,

Under Settings → Users & Teams you should see an Actions dropdown with the ability to export:

Before exporting, edit your columns to include 'Last active' and anything else you might want – then export 🙂

When I go to this page, I can't see any actions or export buttons. Maybe I don't have the right permissions to view them?

@HRichthe2nd that is the most likely explanation, yes – I'd recommend reaching out to a super admin about either adjusting your permissions or performing the export for you.
