My hubspot started today "automatically saving" changes instead of a save box popping up and having to actually "click the save box" to save changes-how do I disable this?
Sometimes if I hit a button by mistake changes are made and I don't like what it is changed to. When the save box pops up I know something is different and then I know I need to review it to change it and make sure it is correct. When it does it automatically I will not know if something is wrong or deleted by mistake. There are many times I don't like what is entered or have made a mistake and the save pop up it allows me to fix it. Also my computer sometimes lags and this automatic saving is not happening immediatley leaving more room for errors to be made in my charting. This automatic saving is slow and not happening right away and I am having to sit an wait to see what is happening and also its is very confusing. Please show me how to disable this.

It was causing real headaches for us on an integrated platform we built around Hubspot that relies on data synchronisation via API webhook workflows conditional on changes. This was driving us mad and then we saw this update with a configuration fix!
We're experiencing the same issue. Tagging selections are automatically saving with each click, which is a new behavior. This disrupts workflow as we constantly need to reopen ticket details to continue tagging.
This update/new feature is causing significant inconvenience in documenting our transactions. The new feature/update is not helpful at all.
+50 to this, my team is losing their mind and hate this "feature." PLEASE PLEASE make it an option ot turn off at least on individual profiles, and ideally at the company level as well.

How to disable automatic saving
SOLVE
This is so annoying for Service teams! We have mandatory properties that we must fill before closing a Ticket. We manage them from Conversations. The info side bar closes every single time we fill one of these mandatory properties, and we have several of them. Closing a ticket has become an ordeal for us, with more than 10 extra clicks needed per ticket.
Dear GOD please turn this off. We update information from views, and have to scroll ALL the way back down after every single update. There HAS to be a way to turn this off. Make a toggle, so people can have it if they want it, but at least make it so we can turn it off. This is SO aggravating.
I see 60 people upvoted for the original idea of having the automation (from 2020). Now I see a lot more wanting to be taken back, or having it as an option. Will the Husbpot team take us into account?? This autosave is causing more problems than the ones it is supposed to solve. Let's hope it doesn't take five years to be added as a setting. We needed to be done soon.
