Hi. I've only recently sorted out email integration. I did it as a team email because I basically got confused with the term 'Personal email' thinking that that meant a non-business related email. I now realise I was wrong.
I've now connected to my "personal business email", but need to delete the team email (which is the same email address as my personal business email) from my account.
I am looking at the bit on this article that says, "disconnect an account from your conversations inbox" but I don't have any delete option. If I then navigate to the Email Integration settings I can edit a few settings but there's still no option to disconnect / delete that inbox.

Since it's turned off you won't have issues, This fallback HubSpot address was automatically created for you when you first set up your account, making it easier to configure workflows and automation. Enabling this address for sending and set the information contacts will see when they receive an email from you.

This is the page that the help page tells me to go to, but I have no delete option. I've tried actually hitting the delete key on my keyboard but that doesn't do anything.
This is the team email I'm trying to delete but if I go into Manage Email there are no options to delete or anything.
Thank you for the information, what happens when you click in " Manage in Conversations'? and after click in > Edit ( the inbox you want to disconnect) and click delete ( see my screenshot below for details ) I believe you will need to disconnect there first in order to disconnect your email.

You will have this message below once you click in delete and will disconnect your shared inbox. I tested in my end following these steps.
If you hover over the delete what message you see, please? Also, you will need to click in this case ( I believe it's because you only have the email connected to that inbox ) in the 'edit" and "Channels" you will be able to see your shared email and delete there.
If you are still unable to delete, please let us know what is the message informed if you hover over the greyed-out button.
