How to change the sender of the email?

Hi,

 

I'm new to the Hubspot CRM and I'm having an issue with sending emails.

When I compose an email, I can not change the "From" i.e. the sender of the email. It is set to the original email. I'm having admin rights still I can't select the sender.

Please help me out, I want to add new accounts of my team and allow them to send emails from their own emails.

Hi @TobyR,

 

Have you connected an additional email address to your portal? Only email addresses that are connected will be available for sending emails. 

 

If you have connected inboxes that are not showing there, please let me know.
