How to change company name?

Hello, I would like to know how to change the name of the company, since we have changed the brand and I do not see the option anywhere, I have not seen where to contact support. Thank you!

I did as indicated, but still the old name is in. When I try to create a blog, for example, the link shows the old name https://lampre-139707865.hubspot.... Where can I fix this?

Hi @alexsb 

If you click on the settings cog in the top right of your portal and then go to Account Defaults you can change your Account Name and under the branding tab, you can change Company Name.

Is that what you are looking for?

My clients are owners of commercial properties. They sometimes sell properties and the new owners change the name of the properties. Is there a way to update the name but keep it tag to the prior name and owner?

Hi @LCruz8 
When you change a company name and any other fields associated with the company record you can still view previous values under view property history. If you want the previous company (property) name and owners to be more visible then you could create custom properties for Previous Property Name and Previous Property Owner and manually copy previous values across before making the change. To automate copying the historic value would require a call to the API (propertiesWithHistory=) which could be done using custom code actions in workflows.
