How do I enable a HubSpot Sandbox / beta options?

I want to create a HubSpot sandbox, and this article just updated 9/22/21 says there should be a Sandbox option when you click the Settings icon, but no such menu exists:

We are on a Marketing Hub Professional account and I am a Super Admin.

How do I enable Sandbox features on my account?  Why is there nothing in the Knowledge Base or Community about how to do this?

Hi @kenshvetz,

Usually new features that are in beta are not rolled out to all HubSpot portals at the same time. You can however reach out to your customer success manager / account manager at HubSpot, they will enable the sandbox beta for you.
