It took some playing around. Here are the steps needed to changing your from name.
1. Change your name in the Basic info section.
2. Remove the integration with your inbox and re-connect it under Integrations > Email integrations.
3. Log out and log back in.
HubSpot should now show your first and last name as added in the Basic info section. If you want to append your company name, that would have to go into the last name field.

For emails sent through your connected personal inbox, the from name or sender name should reflect whatever you put into the first name and last name field of your HubSpot profile:
If that doesn't work, the from name might be passed on from the provider of your connected inbox. In that case, you would have to check the settings of your email provider. For Gmail, for example, this is where you can make the change: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/8158?hl=en
