Hi Molly,
I can see that you have one HubSpot Marketing Free account associated with your email address. We do not actually have the authorization to cancel users' accounts, but you are able to do so yourself very easily by following these instructions:
- Login to your account with your email address at http://login.hubspot.com
- If you do not know your password, select the "Reset my password" link
- Once logged into your account, follow the simple steps outlined in this article: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/account/how-do-i-cancel-my-hubspot-account#market...
The steps are:
- Navigate to Settings in the top navigation bar and select Configuration in the left sidebar.
- Click the Delete your HubSpot Marketing account button.
- In the dialog box, enter your HubID, then click Yes, delete my account.
