Hi Molly,

 

I can see that you have one HubSpot Marketing Free account associated with your email address. We do not actually have the authorization to cancel users' accounts, but you are able to do so yourself very easily by following these instructions:

 

- Login to your account with your email address at http://login.hubspot.com

- If you do not know your password, select the "Reset my password" link

- Once logged into your account, follow the simple steps outlined in this article: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/account/how-do-i-cancel-my-hubspot-account#market...

 

The steps are:

  • Navigate to Settings in the top navigation bar and select Configuration in the left sidebar.
  • Click the Delete your HubSpot Marketing account button.
  • In the dialog box, enter your HubID, then click Yes, delete my account.

I've created 2 free accounts by mistake and need to delete/cancel one. 

I'm the only user on the account that I need to cancel.

Under Settings, I do not see the Configuration option to delete the account. What can I do to cancel my account? Thanks.

I've created this mistake and need to delete/cancel one. 

I'm the only user on the account that I need to cancel.

Under Settings, I do not see the Configuration option to delete the account. What can I do to cancel my account? Thanks.

Hello, I am also trying to delete our account and these instructions are no longer valid. When I click on Settings in my upper bar, there is nothing called Configuration in the left sidebar. I am a Super Admin, so I should be able to do this, correct? Please share updated instructions; we want to permanently delete our account. thanks

I just found it. This works in the existing Beta view or the classic.

 

If you click the drop-down button in the top-right corner. Select Account & Billing about mid-way down the resulting pop-up window.
