Help with multiple accounts

Hello, 

 

Longtime HubSpot user totally in need of help. I recently started a new venture, set up a google account, and started the process of connecting it to a free HubSpot account (including connecting the domain). I believe at that time I also connected that account to my new domain. When I next tried to log in to that account I was told I needed to verify with code but the code never came. Tried all troubleshooting steps. Could not connect via gsuite sso to that hubspot account. 

went to a separate gsuite address that already has hubspot access, and started a new account and then added my new venture's email address to it. Went to try and connect it to my domain, and it says that domain has already been connected to another hubspot users account. I need help getting back into my original HubSpot account and no email verification has been working - help please!

Here, it seems that you'll need to disconnect the domain from the old portal, but you cannot access it anymore.

I recommend submitting the form at the bottom of this article "Log in to HubSpot" so that you can get help!
