1. Glad this is resolved. Generally, HubSpot works best as a combination of HubSpot itself with an email client that is integrated via the HubSpot Sales extension.
2. Have you tried this in another browser, with cleared cookies/cache or in an incognito/private tab?
3. Yes, meeting links will automatically be sent from HubSpot. In your connected email inbox, for example Gmail, if you're using Google Calendar, you should receive a confirmation for that meeting.
Best regards!

1. It depends on what exactly you want to do from your inbox. You wont have reports, filtered contact views, a deal pipeline etc. in your inbox. You can however easily access and document contact information all of this with the HubSpot Sales extension for Chrome, Outlook and Office 365.
2. Where exactly is this, in your email client or in HubSpot? Could you share a screenshot?
3. Are you referring to a meeting scheduled from a contact record in HubSpot? This might depend on the connected calendar / personal email but generally the answer would be no.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

Have I chosen the wrong CRM, do I really need one ,or is it me?
SOLVE
Karsten
Thank you for responding.
1. I look at Hubspot as my customer ecosystem, where I can access everything. My question may have been misleading and unnecessary now that I have spent more time roaming around the different areas. I guess what I was saying was a little like working on Microsoft office and outlook, I can always see my emails and can communicate from there at all times.
2.
Here is the screenshot. When I press reply, I cannot see anything. Someone explained to me that I should get a pop up so that I can respond. My expectation would also be that.
3. I am talking about scheduling a meeting from within Hubspot. I later found out that it has been sent and the customer accepted the invite. However, it was not obvious at the time hence my question about the sent folder. I would have expected some sort of confirmation. Maybe I just need to get used to this world.
