Hi @ricardodueno. I don't do a sync like this but just looking at the screenshot, I'm curious what the little i icon, the information icon at the end of the row says if you hover over it. There may be nothing useful there but it could give us a clue. Can you check that out and let us know? Thanks!

I had to manually delete each contact in both HubSpot and Google Contacts. This is very important to understand: each contact has to be deleted in both platforms because if a contact is left in either platform, HubSpot will return that that contact has no counterpart in whichever platform it was deleted from, hence Google or HubSpot contact was deleted error. I then created new contacts in Google and set up the sync rules so that it synced from Google to HubSpot in one direction. After all contacts were synced, I changed the sync rules so that it was two-way direction and selected to prioritize HubSpot information in case of conflict.
