Hi @TheDevaKellySho,

This page has instructions for how to update your DNS records, specifically for GoDaddy: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/domains-and-urls/update-your-dns-records

Could you confirm you followed these steps? If yes, please recount in your own words the steps you have taken so we can identify where things might've gone wrong.

Hey @TheDevaKellySho looks like your web page is connected to HubSpot but is throwing a 404 error, this means there's no page published within your HubSpot CMS on the devakelly.com website. You will need to ensure you have a page published on this URL to have a page display here.

Hey @TheDevaKellySho , Tom is right on the money here, and this is a very common gotcha.

If HubSpot says the domain is connected and DNS shows as “connected,” but you’re seeing a 404, that means DNS is doing its job. The request is reaching HubSpot, but HubSpot doesn’t have any published page assigned to that domain yet. In other words, the connection is fine, the content is missing.

A quick way to verify this is inside HubSpot under Settings > Website > Domains & URLs. Check that devakelly.com is connected as a primary or secondary domain for website pages, and then open any page you’ve built and confirm it’s actually published on that domain, not on a default hs-sites or preview URL. Publishing a page is what resolves the 404.

One more thing to double-check: if you recently published the page, browser caching can sometimes make it look like nothing changed. Try opening the site in an incognito window or after clearing cache. But 9 times out of 10, this is simply a case of “domain connected, no page live yet.”

Once at least one page is published to devakelly.com, the homepage URL should resolve immediately.
