Today, I came to the office and had an email saying that one of my two email addresses were disconnected from hubspot. When I went to reconnect it, the form was prepopulated with my gmail account. So I tried rerconnecting it without success. I was able to go and reconnect my other email but now my gmail won't connect saying its a IMAP error but it appears to be correct. Can anyone help with this?

It sounds like there might be an issue with the Gmail connection settings. Double-check that your Gmail account has IMAP enabled in the settings and that you've allowed less secure apps or enabled two-factor authentication with an app-specific password. If the error persists, clearing your cache or trying a different browser might help. You can also try disconnecting the Gmail account entirely and then reconnecting it from scratch.
