Give New Team Members Access to HubSpot Academy Only

Hello there! I am in the process of onboarding some new team and I wnat to be able to give them full access to Academy but not to any other oarts of our Hubspot account as yet, is this possible? Thank you so much for your help!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! I can see that you currently have an open ticket with our Support team. I'd encourage you to continuing to work with them to brainstorm ideas as well 🙂 

I wanted to share this HubSpot user permissions guide which gives an overview of options for how to restrict user access to different HubSpot tools.

It looks like there isn't specific permission to grant users to HubSpot Academy only, however as a workaround, you could limit access to other tools by using the "view" permissions for each tool versus "edit" or "publish".  

I would highly recommend you to please post this product suggestion at our ideas forum.

Our product team, who monitors the forum regularly, can read your specific use case and understand why this would be a useful functionality or change. It also helps other customers facing the same issue to advocate for its implementation on your behalf by upvoting on the thread as well.
