Getting error while creating email

SOLVE

Hello I am getting error Not authorized

Hold on. Your email sending capabilities are on hold for a bit due to a deliverability concern. A member of the HubSpot email team will contact you soon. Some please help me what i should I do in this case

Hi @VHaldankar,

 

HubSpot says that it uses automated systems to make sure that all users are following HubSpot's Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. "This process is important in protecting our customers' experience with our platform."

 

This also applies to the email tool which can get suspended "when HubSpot's deliverability protection system detects a high bounce rate on your email recipients, or fraudulent account activity is detected." – see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/why-is-my-email-suspended

 

For now, you unfortunately cannot do anything. As the notice states, you need to "hold on". You need to wait until a member of the HubSpot email team contacts you. Until then, you can not use the email tool.

 

As far as I know, you cannot speed up this process. You need to wait until you hear from the HubSpot email team.
