Get new concat on ever email I receive

I get a new concast in every new i mail i receive. How do i stop this

Hi @kennethrix,

Did you connect your inbox to the conversations tool? It is expected behavior for shared inboxes, connected through the conversations tool, to pull in all new emails and create contacts. 

If you would like to disconnect your inbox and reconnect it as a personal inbox, that will resolve the matter.
