Forward address is not correct
SOLVE
Under Settings > BCC & Forwarding I can see the adress
{ACCOUNT_ID}@.hubspot.com
Forwarding an e-mail to this adress will return an error "550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. ..."
It seems there is something missing (after the @ sign). The BCC address {ACCOUNT_ID}@bcc.hubspot.com seems to be OK. What is the correct address? Thanks!
Hey @klemens this should be correct. Can you share a screenshot of the error message you are seeing and confirm a) the email client you are using and b) whether or not you have set up your connected inbox yet.
You are correct that there should be another piece of information in that area. As outlined in this article, the piece of text that should be showing up there is forward.hubspot.com.
Can you confirm that this is still how the forwarding address is showing in your portal, and let me know if other users are seeing the same thing?
