I dont understand this, a brand new account, doesnt have but 2 contacts, filled out the form and it was denied? My client can't even test your system to see if they can use it this way.
I have heard this happening with the email tool due to a high bounce rate. However, you are not the only one experiencing this. @PamCotton, do you have any further information?
