It is happening with two completely unrelated accounts (part of two different companies) and after clearing the cache, removing all cookies that mention ‘Hubspot’ and putting hubspot.com on the whitelist for the adblocker.
It DOES NOT happen in Safari or in the same Firefox when using Private Mode.
Any idea what is going on? Why would Private Mode make a difference?
@Len if the issue isn't occurring in other browsers or in a private browsing window, then the issue is likely with either an extension or a setting within your firefox browser. I'd recommend looking at your settings in firefox to see what is interferring (security settings, extensions, etc.).

Thanks for your answer. I was thinking something similar and did a refresh of my Firefox profile which removes all extensions and resets all settings. This has indeed solved the problem.
