Facebook Messenger Integration is not working

When I try to integrate the FB messenger HubSpot say that page is already connected but the conversations are not appearing anywhere, and I can't see the page on inbox. Could you please help me to fix this?

Hello @citionecitione ,

 

Could you please inform me if you had a HubSpot account in the past and connected your Facebook there?

The reason is that only possible to connect one Facebook messenger, if there is another account already connected it will prompt this error.

When you click "try it out from Facebook" the conversation does not appear in HubSpot?

Hmm that is weird

Are you sure the FB page connected to your conversation tool is the same you are doing tests on?

I ask because if you manage more than one FB page you could have mixed them up at setup.

If it is not the case, you have a bug... Try disconnect and reconnect and if the problem continues, contact HubSpot support

Then you should ask HubSpot support to look into this
