Enable Account that was deleted

Does anyone know how to reactivate a deactivated account after 120 days of activity — ever heard of paternity leave?

"It looks like you haven't signed into this HubSpot account for a while with sales, marketing, service. Free HubSpot accounts are deactivated after 120 days of inactivity."

The account must still be there as I can't use the same email to sign up but it won't let me log in and I see no way of activating it.

Any advice appreciated as I had lots of info in there.
