I changed the email address associated with my HubSpot CRM account, however, I am still receiving email notifications to my previous email address. I have turned off the relevant notifications in my account settings, but I am still receiving them on my previous email address. How can I fix this?
For anyone else who faces this problem. My former email had been listed as the email for non-hubspot form notifications to go to and it was not changed once the account email was changed. The point is that they are going to an email account no longer associated with the HubSpot account. I signed up with one email then changed it to another. So in all those places I set it to not receive emails and I'm not on my email I have associated with HubSpot. But I'm still getting these emails on the email account previously associated with my HubSpot account
Which email address you signed up with has no impact on this. In those places you can set any email address to receive them which is why I manually check them all (and all forms, workflows etc incase one is left in). Think has happened to me in the past when I've finished client projects that they have left me on one of those even though I'm not longer a user on that account.
