Email signature - logo doesn't show

SOLVE

Hi! I'm trying to create an email signature with the generator, and I really like the layout but... Every time I send it to myself as a test, on desktop the logo shows, but on my phone I get an error on the spot where the logo is supposed to be. The whole signature is good except for the logo image. I've added a Google Drive link of the image, that doesnt seem to work. I've also copied it to the spot where i'm supposed to create my email signature in my email program (Outlook) and replaced the image with a PNG and later also tried a JPG. The logo still doesn't show. Is there any other way I can fix this?

SOLVE

Hey @LVrieswijk this really would be down to where you're hosting the image and how the email client is reading it. When you added a google drive link, did you ensure that image sharing settings were set to be visible to everyone? You need to ensure this image is always visible so the mail client can read it. 

 

Regarding outlook, outlook blocks images by default. Did you ensure you checked the section within your outlook email to load all images within the email?
