Hello - I have successfully created a signature using the free generator, but when hit the "Copy signature source code", there is no code copied, it just copies the graphic version.
I need the source code to add it to Mac Mail, since it doesn't support any other method.
I have tried this on Safari and Firefox (macOS), and also on Edge (Windows), same result. Copying the source code leads to nothing being pasted, even in NotePad.
I have the exact same problem on Windows, with all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). When I click "Copy signature source code", nothing is copied as HTML – it only copies a visual version that I can paste into a new email (like in Thunderbird), but not as source code anywhere else (Notepad, websites, etc.).
I really need the actual HTML code for the signature in order to use it in places like Mac Mail, websites, or other HTML editors. Is there any way to get the real HTML code from the generator? Is this a technical limitation, or is there a workaround? I've tried with and without browser extensions, and also tried copying from the page source or using the browser inspector, but nothing seems to work – nothing is pasted when I try.
Without access to the actual HTML code, it's impossible to properly integrate the signature into a mail client like Thunderbird, or to use it anywhere that requires source code input.
If anyone has found a solution or workaround, please share!
