Hi! We have 2 Super Admin users connected to our HubSpot account. For some reason, the sends from only one of those emails are logging in our account. We know this email is connected because received messages are logging.
Last week we were also facing this issue for one of our client. The sent emails weren't getting logged in the All conversations and sent box of the shared inbox. I believe it might be a bug. You can connect to HubSpot's support by clicling on the blue help button in the bottam right corner of your account and also can use the troubleshoot articles shared by @karstenkoehler .
