I have a free account. But is there any way to fix it, unblock account etc?
This is unfortunately, as the status message says, not possible. On the free CRM, it's not possible to appeal a suspension. You can still use the other tools in HubSpot but the email ban is permanent.

Thank you very much for your reply. So I have a few options, either through this account I switch to the paid one so I can appeal, or create another account with another e-mail and then associate the company e-mail? Thanks again
