Email intergration not working

I have completed the intergrate email step of setting up my account, and HubSpot tells me that this has been done, but I do not have any of my contacts synced and I do not have the BCC option to ensure emails intergrate with hubspot.

We use Outlook 365. Any idea how to fix this?

Not sure what your end goal is here, could you please clarify? 

1. Do you want to sync/import all the contacts that you have on your Outlook database into HubSpot? 
2. Or, once you've connected your personal inbox, do you want to automatically create contacts in HubSpot (by using either Outlook 365 or Outlook desktop extension), every time you write an outbound message to a contact?

Hey Sebastian, thanks for getting back to me! It's the latter that I'm looking for - I'll try downloading the app extension now!

Let me go how it goest after installing the extension, you can do the following test: 

1. navigate to your Outlook inbox
2. make sure that extension is installed
3. write a brand new email to a contact that does not exist in HubSpot
4. tick the box  TRACK/LOG 
5. send the email
6. that contact should subsequently be created in the CRM
