Email id Access

Hello

I am not able to access my account. Recd this message below.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to my email ID, as I recently closed that domain associated.Pls advise on steps that I can retricwe my data and change the Email ID on file.Many Thanks

We have not detected any unauthorized access to your account, but to keep your account safe it will remain locked until your credentials have been updated.
