Email from Outlook not tracking in HubSpot

Emails sent from Outlook are not tracking in HubSpot (for contacts that are in HubSpot) but emails sent from HubSpot will show up in the sent box in Outlook.

Not using the Outlook add-in.

Thoughts?

Thanks for reaching out! 

Have you connected your email to HubSpot? 

If so, when you send a 1:1 email through HubSpot it will show up in your sent box as the email is being sent  by your email client.

I also wanted to provide an help article about sending 1:1 emails through HubSpot.
