My company asked me to use at first my personal email address on Hubspot but now I want to use my pro one. I've followed the whole process, they are sending me an email to my pro address to confirm...I do it and it says that this email address does not exist ! even though they have just send an email on it. Can someone help please ?
If they've followed these steps and you're receiving the right invite email, but getting an error after you've clicked on the invite link, could you please make a screenshot of the error message and share it with us? Thank you!
I wanted to mention that you can also update the email address of an existing user in case you'd like to keep your current user account and just replace your personal email address with the business one. You can find the instruction on how to do that in this Knowledge base article.
Thanks for your reply. That's what I'm trying to do update my adress account. I follow all the steps and it does not work. They send an email to my new adress and then it says that the same asdress does not exist...
