Hi @TTruong8 and welcome, we are delighted to have you here!
Thank you for asking the HubSpot Community!
Is this happening in the CRM or in another email provider like Gmail, please? If it is from another email provider, can you specify which one it is, please? Did you edit the signature recently for it to change the formatting? You used the HubSpot signature tool and you just pasted the HTML code into your email provider, please let me know if that's not the case.
The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.

This is happening in all places I am putting in the signature. Hubspot & Gmail.
I did not edit the signature, i am just making an updated on from the hubspot tool.
I am just pasting the HTML code into your email provider or html code view such as codebeautify. But I also copied it into hubspot's email signature section and the results are still the same.
All the screenshots I provided is what is happening, the tool shows me what it should look like, but once i copy it be it copying it from the tool or the html code, the results looks the same.
Any help is appreciated, I have done all I can search for to do. I have used this tool to make signatures before but this problem never came up.

I've never encountered this problem. I think you should try regenerating another signature and see if the problem persists. If it does, you should report it to the generator's designers.
