Email Siganuture stays the same after changing it

Hi

I have been trying to change my email signature (html) for a while but I keep getting to see my old one when I send a mail

how can i change this?

Can you please share more context? Where exactly are you changing the email signature (your email client / conversations inbox settings / general settings) and how are you sending the email (from your email client / from a record in the HubSpot CRM / from the conversations inbox)?

Sure!

When sending messages via conversation, Hubspot keeps using my old signature even though I changed it in my account in the general settings

So in short:

So my emails signature doesn't change while I do in the general settings

There are settings specifically for the signature of emails sent through conversations. Search for "signature" on this page and you'll find the step by step instructions: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/set-up-the-conversations-inbox

This is very odd. Do you have multiple inboxes, have you maybe changed it for one inbox, but not the one you're testing this with?

Unfortunately, I am still getting the same hand email signature

Very weird 

I tried in my personal account and the team account like the Artikel said for both email, inbox and conversations

Could you share a screenshot of the team signature settings for the conversations inbox and a screenshot of the signature that is actually being sent?

 

If you have multiple conversations inboxes, can you confirm that you updated the correct one?
