Edit contact or company properties

Hi I have spent hours trying to add details to customer properties and cannot find a way to do it. It would seem that the record created from a form submission are locked. I have Super Admin access and am experimenting with the free version.

Could you please be a bit more specific about what you're trying to do, can you share a screenshot?

Records created from form submissions are not locked, no. You should be able to open and edit them. What exactly are you trying to edit?
