Edit Permissions for Orders Object

Does anyone know how to give a person the appropriate access to edit the Orders object?  Thanks in advance

Hi @SBuckley46 ! According to the Create and Manage Orders Knowledge Base article, only users with Super Admin permissions can edit order records.

This is a good step forward, but we need to be able to set additioinal access just like you have them on other standard objects. Eg. view their own, view their team, view all. Same level of permissions for the Edit is required.

Need this as well. We need to control visibility of orders (only show to specific people). Then we also have a few custom fields that ONLY super admins should be able to view / edit.  I am quite baffled that this is not avaiable already.

Hi @SBuckley46,

You can customise the permissions by clicking the Order Object to expand the section (in Settings -> Account Management -> Users & Teams -> user's name -> Edit permissions -> CRM -> CRM objects). Here is the article with more details. 

In your case, you can give them view and edit access.

@Chaofan can you share a screenshot of that, please? As far as I can tell, there is not yet a dedicated permission for the Orders CRM object.
