E-Mails werden doppelt erfasst / E-mails are recorded twice

Hallo, Ich habe das Problem wenn ich die BCC Funktion nutze, dass diese Mails in Hubspot doppelt erfasst werden. WOran kann das liegen und wie kann ich das beheben?

@floe Can you provide screenshots?   Are you using outlook or gmail extensions? 

 

Who are you bcc?

Hi, I use outlook for mac. no extension exists for that. So i use the bcc. As you can see in the screenshot it is added twice. how can i fix this?

Hi @floe,

 

Is this happening for all emails that are being logged in HubSpot, or only certain ones? 

 

If you can provide additional examples, that would be great!

Hi, 

 

This is for all E-Mails where i use the bcc. 

Can you have a look at my a account? Which informations do you need for fixing this issue?

Thank you for following up. Can you confirm that the emails are being sent from your inbox, and that the bcc address is only populating once in your sent emails? 

 

Additionally, if you can please direct message me the email headers for some of these emails, that would be great!
