Downgrading from paid to unpaid account

Hello

We are a small business currently paying A$68 per month per user.  I can see that we can downgrade to A$0 per month unlimited users and want to know if this is recommended. Has anyone downgraded?

This is a difficult question without understanding what you are trying to accomplish with the software. It would help if you were to give an outline of the features you are currently using within the software.

@Josh makes a great point.  I have a free version at work until we grow and have a paid version at home.  At work, I will miss the paid feature once ready to use them. 

 

Perhaps scaling back users might be an option once your usage is understood.
