Don't receive log-in verification email

Hi, my colleague doesn't receive Hubspot verification code through her email when trying to log into Hubspot - May I ask if you can check whether it's bounced from your side and send her the resubscription email?

This is a community of volunteers. I recommend reaching out to HubSpot Support via your portal and would recommend not sharing your colleagues email publicly.
