You can uninstall the Google Calendar integration under Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps. You should see the Google Calendar integration here, including an option to Uninstall. Alternatively, under Settings > Sales > Meetings > Calendar Integration, you can disconnect your current calendar.
Keep in mind that your public meeting links will stop working when you do this.
When you connected your inbox, you also granted HubSpot access to "Manage your calendars" (see here). Disconnecting a calendar might also affect the behavior of the connected inbox.
